Johnny’s extensive career with Procter & Gamble, and two state law enforcement agencies, has strategically provided him with multi-faceted experiences in various workplace environments. His exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships is the foundation of his success.

After obtaining his degree in Business Management, Johnny immediately began his professional career in Chicago with General Mills as a food production supervisor.

​Johnny’s career with P&G spanned 12 different assignments including:

• Manufacturing,

• Sales,

• Customer service, and

• Human Resources

​

In June 2007, Johnny transitioned from a rewarding career with P&G and launched his own consulting firm, One HR Partner.

​

In 2011, Johnny began his law enforcement experience as a Deputy HR Director with the Georgia Department of Public Safety. ​

​

In 2015, his success as a Deputy HR Director led to his appointment as Director of Human Resources with Georgia’s newest agency, the Department of Community Supervision.

​

Both of those experiences significantly increased his skills, abilities and passion for workplace consulting, that currently is his primary focus.

• Society of Human Resource (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional

• Registered Coach Training Associates-Certified Coach (CTACC)

• J. Howard certified Managing Inclusion Instructor

Johnny has completed the Working Genius certification training offered through the Table Group. As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, he has received hands-on training from the Table Group team and been equipped with the tools and resources to help people leverage the Working Genius Model with individuals, teams and organizations.

Johnny is a resident of Roswell Georgia, and enjoys spending time with his wife and his two best dog buddies, Bubbie, and Louie, while hiking, biking, fishing, exercising, making new acquaintances and cheering on his LSU Tigers.
